What it gives back

Flow pays for itself in
hours you already pay for.

Your fixed costs do not stop when a machine does. Every hour Flow saves from changeovers and waiting goes straight to your bottom line.

What one machine hour costs you

Machines
Hours each, per month

Most shops run one 8-hour shift, which gives about 7 effective hours. Over about 25 working days that is roughly 175 hours a month.

You pay this for every hour a machine is available, whether the spindle is turning or not.

Your own time back

The numbers above count machine hours only. With full visibility and control of the whole operation from anywhere, you can step away from the office and the shop keeps running. That time goes into scaling the business instead of managing it.

How remote management works  →

Starts with example costs for a five-machine shop on one shift. Hours given back assume 1.5 avoided changeovers, 6 hours of explained idle time, about 1 hour of tool waiting and 2 hours of waiting on instructions per machine a month. This counts only what you already pay; if the hours you get back are filled with paid work, each one earns your full shop rate. Send us your numbers and we will run it for your floor.

  • No upfront licence

The rest of the market asks $15,000–$20,000 in licence fees before you start. Flow asks $400 for the first month, and the first fourteen days are free.

  • Unlimited users, always

Every operator, machinist, programmer and planner, and a terminal at every machine. Per-seat pricing only discourages the people who should use it.

  • You pay when you scale

The bill moves when you add machines. Hire ten people, win a customer, add a shift: same price.

  • Everything, on every plan

Costing, live machine data, setup sheets, tooling, material planning. A five-machine shop needs every one of them.

Why per machine

We charge for machines
because that is
where the value is.

A machine is the one thing in a shop that earns money and generates data. Users and modules are never rationed.

  • What you save grows with every machine

Fewer changeovers, recovered idle time and lights-out hours that get costed properly. Each machine adds its own hours back, so the price follows the value.

  • Every machine is live data we carry

Each connected control streams spindle state, cycles and alarms all day. Storing, processing and supporting that grows with the number of machines.

  • People should never be a reason to log out

Per-seat pricing makes shops ration logins. Operators are the ones whose counts make Flow accurate, so everyone at every terminal is included.

  • A bill you can plan around

It moves only when you buy a machine, which you already budget for. Hire, add a shift or win a customer and the price stays put.

Growing is one line on your invoice.

One plan and one rule. When the shop adds a machine, Flow adds it to the bill. Nothing to upgrade, nothing to renegotiate.

  1. 01

    Add a machine in Settings

It joins the queue the same day and is billed from that month.

  2. 02

    Retire one, the bill drops

Remove it in Settings and it comes off next month’s invoice.

  3. 03

    No tiers, no surprises

Every feature and unlimited users from day one. The only thing that changes is the machine count.

If it does not suit you, cancel. You lose nothing.

Spend $15,000–$20,000 on a competitor's platform, find eight months in that it does not fit, and you keep paying to justify the cheque. With Flow you cancel at the end of the month, take a full export of every job, sheet, tool and cost figure, and you are out.

We built this for our own factories first.

Years of development, paid for by our own manufacturing operations and shaped by every mistake we made on our own floors. We are not recovering that from your first invoice.

Not sure how many machines to count?

Count the machines you would configure in Flow. A lathe waiting on a rebuild does not need to be in the system yet.
